Borusan Terminal was built in 1983 and has been extended in 2000, where the port's capasicty has more than doubled.

Port has excellent connections with the hinterland by an extensive network of motorways, and inland waterways.

In addition to cargo handling facilities, bonded and unbonded warehousing, packaging facilities are available

Container Handling: Container handling capacity is 55.000 TEU/year.

General Cargo : Terminal activities average 1.600.000 tons/year on a capacity of 2.000.000 tons/year.

Ro/Ro : 2 RO-RO ramps are available.

Borusan Terminal serves the import and export needs of car manufacturers in its territory, which has a car/truck parking area of 36.000sqm
