Vessel Calling Turkish Ports must provide the following Pre-Arrival documents at least 1(one) working day  prior to their arrival to the port, which have to be filled, stamped and signed by the master and/or owner

1) Form (A) for ISPS

2) Ballast Water Reporting Form

3) Waste Notification Form

4) Reporting Form (For Izmit Gulf Ports only)

5) Ship Information Form (For Izmit Gulf Ports only)

Additional to the above docs, following documents havet to be sent to the agent

1) International Tonnage (1969) certificate

2) Registry Certificate

3) Classification Certificate

4) International Ship Security Certificate

5) Continous Synopsis Record

6) Safety Management Certificate

7) Document of Compliance

Documents needed in arrival are as following

1) Crew List 6 Copies

2) Store List 2 Copies

 

Most Important : Vessels must hoist yellow flag until the Free Partique is granted
